June Wee has a B.A. in Economics (California) and a Bachelor of Laws (U.K.), and has practised as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore as well as a barrister in Hong Kong. During her time at the Hong Kong Bar, June served as a deputy registrar of the High Court, a deputy judge of the Family Court and was a member of the Law Reform Commission Sub-Committee on Children (which sat for 10 years!). After more than 20 years’ practice, June retired to devote more time to her children. She has been a long-term supporter of children’s charities including the Home of Loving Faithfulness in Hong Kong and the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation in Mongolia. June is a committed Christian and regularly takes on volunteer roles in church. She is looking forward to applying her skills and passion for education, while working with the team at Generations Christian Education.
